[SpaceX] Dragon Unberthed From Station - YouTube Space Videos

The SpaceX Dragon was unberthed from the International Space Station today, May 31st 2012, at 08:03 UTC ahead of it's planned landing in the Pacific Ocean, also today at 15:44 UTC. The Dragon flew up cargo to the complex on it's first test mission, becoming the first ever commercial vehicle to visit the Station. So far all of the mission milestones have been met as the mission continues successfully, assuming the safe return of the vehicle and cargo SpaceX will begin regular flights to the Station delivering cargo under the Commercial Resupply Services program by NASA. The next flight CRS-1 is due later this year. This spacecraft is also being designed to bring crews to the International Space Station, with SpaceX hoping to fly the first manned mission in the next few years.
